Shipping Policy

At Simple WiFi we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. We have provided our shipping and return policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact our offices.

US Shipping Policy

  • Most orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same business day.
  • If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24 hours from time of order.
  • All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday, or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
  • All Special-Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
  • Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FedEx/UPS/USPS shipping holidays.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) real-time rates.
  • Simple WiFi reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship products to other countries with certain requirements. Please contact us to place an international order.
  • Simple WiFi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the items have been picked up by the carrier. If you requires assistance with filing a claim please contact our offices.
  • Duties, taxes or additional customs fees are not included in the cost of shipping quoted at the time of checkout (unless otherwise specified at checkout). Each Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees assessed by the carrier in Canada. At no time will Simple WiFi be responsible to cover these fees.
  • Customers may provide their own carrier information including a prepaid label for international shipping. If Simple WiFi ships the order we may select have the option to select UPS or USPS (via Canada Post) at checkout and agree to the terms of duties and taxes based on the selected shipping service.
  • All orders include the proper customers documentation and clearly describe the contents and value as per customs regulations.
  • Promotional shipping offers such as free shipping do not apply to Canada orders.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments

Simple WiFi is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damages should be brought to the carrier's attention. If a claim is needed, the purchaser should alert the carrier and Simple WiFi that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Simple WiFi has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, Simple WiFi will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.

If you accept and sign for a damaged box, it is your responsibility to save all the packing materials and box for UPS inspection. Failure to keep your packing material will void any possibility for us processing a UPS claim and replacing your product! So please keep this in mind for any shipment received to retain all pack materials until everything in the package is fully inspected!

Please Note

  • UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday (Saturday delivery only with higher priced service, no pickup)
  • If there are any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing) we will send an email notification and the order may be held until a response is received.
  • We will make every effort to ship your in-stock order out as quickly as possible (same day or within 1 day) but we will not jump orders ahead of others. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • We will generally only ship complete orders. If your order includes an item on back order, we will contact you regarding the back ordered item with a choice of holding the order until the back ordered items are available or removing the back ordered item from the order.
