Description
Our no-hassle, pre-configured WiFi solution lets you share internet between two buildings and extend coverage as far as 1.5 miles, all without needing to understand the technical details. The plug-and-play kit includes every part required for installation and it’s compatible with any internet provider such as Starlink, cable modems, routers, or other WiFi devices. Say goodbye to weak signals and slow speeds: you’ll get reliable coverage in detached barns, garages, workshops, RV campgrounds, offices, and homes—without paying for a second internet connection.
Every kit comes standard with everything you need to grab a signal from a host location and repeat it to a new location.
The PiFi Outdoor Wi‑Fi Bridge is engineered for long-distance wireless links, enabling point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connections over open terrain. Operating exclusively on the 5 GHz band, this unit delivers data rates of up to 300 Mbps and features a built-in 13 dBi, dual‑polarized directional MIMO antenna. It supports adjustable transmit power (up to 27 dBm/500 mW) and achieves reliable wireless transmission beyond 15 km in clear line-of-sight settings. Designed for harsh outdoor environments, the bridge comes in a weatherproof enclosure that operates from –30 °C to +70 °C, with grounding protection and IPX5 rating for sustained field performance. It’s powered via passive PoE—supporting installation over Cat‑5/6 cable up to 200 ft—and includes a remote‑reset feature so the device can be rebooted from the power adapter end. With versatile functionality, the device can be configured in several modes—Access Point, Client, Bridge, Repeater, AP Router, or WISP client—making it ideal for expanding Wi‑Fi coverage to detached sites like barns, offices, or remote surveillance locations. Centralized management is provided through an online web portal which simplifies setup, monitoring, firmware updates, and device diagnostics across multiple units.

How a Wife Extender Works

FAQ
Depending on your antenna type, outside obstructions, and type of usage, the PiFi Outdoor WiFi Extender can range from several yards up to 1/2 mile.
Whip antennas should be adequate for near backyard WiFi connection. Omni and directional for farther reach.
Yes, the PiFi Outdoor WiFi Extender is compatible with most routers.
The 1/2 mile version works on 2.4GHz and the 1.5 mile version works on 5GHz.
Yes, it helps tremendously. Pointing the outdoor antenna towards an area with tall structures, trees, and other obstructions will weaken service in that area. So it's best to have an open line of sight with the antenna.
Not much. As little as 30 mins to an hour.
Troubleshooting
Are you trying to get coverage in an area with lots of obstructions? Is
the antenna pointing towards the right direction? Could it be your
router? Check all these things.
No problem. Contact our customer support.
No worries. Simply unplug your router, and it'll re-calibrate.
